We typically process orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Options
We offer two shipping methods to get your camping gear to you:
- Standard Shipping (£12.95):
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Includes tracking
- Free Shipping (Orders over £50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
Note: We ship worldwide except to certain remote areas and parts of Asia. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely happy with your outdoor equipment. If you’re not satisfied, you may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging must be intact
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Climbing shoes (due to intimate fit requirements)
- Down sleeping bags
- Hook and loop shoes
How to Return an Item

- Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
- Package Your Item: Securely repack the item in its original packaging.
- Ship Your Return: Send to our return address (provided in approval email). We recommend using a trackable service.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product).
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- We’ll process your refund within 3-5 business days

Exchanges
To exchange an item:
- Follow the standard return process
